I currently running exchange 2003. I created a user and added other users
with rights to the mailbox the users' have the following rights Read,
Change, Take ownership and Full mailbox access permissions. They connect be
adding the mailbox as an "additional" in outlook.



My issue is that on the bottom left there is a count of 43 messages but if I
read through the messages there are only 15! I cleared all the views on all
the users figuring that my affect it. Rules wouldn't affect this b/c it
would move if to another folder the count would move as well. I ran a defrag
on my message store to clean the white space but that didn't either help.



Any Ideas?
