Default missing messages

Did you try the Sending to yourself routine that I suggested? Does that
work, including the reply to yourself?

I don't have any folders named SPAM, BULK, JUNK, TRASH. I don't use
spam
filtering. I have checked my blocked senders list and blocked rules.
Thre
does not appear to be anything appertaining to my cousin that would
delete
messages.

In addition to Jim's reply, does your ISP offer any spam filtering?
If
so, use their web mail access and see if the missing messages might
be
going to a SPAM, BULK, JUNK, TRASH or similarly named folder.

Also, to make sure that you are giving them a good reply to address
in
your e-mails, send an e-mail to yourself. Once you receive that
message, reply to it. If you don't get the reply, then you are
likely
supplying an incorrect reply to address for your e-mail. Look in
Outlook Express at Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, General. Make
sure that the E-mail address there is correct for you. And that the
Reply e=mail address is either empty or contains your correct e-mail
address.
