I am getting an error "the procedure entry point RtlHashUnicodeString could
not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll." while running a C#
application on a Windows 2000 SP4 machine. The app runs without any issues on
a XP machine. Can someone help me on how to fix this issue?
