Can email with certain words in body be blocked?

Yes, but such a rule cannot "delete from server" since the message must be
downloaded to read the text in the body of the message. As such the best
you can do is 'mark it as read' and 'move to the deleted items' folder.
A sample would be:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message body contains 'the word you desire'
Delete it
and Mark it as read
