Calendar File Size
Aloha T. Jenkins,
Is your calendar in an Exchange mailbox or a PST file? What version of Outlook
are you using?

Microsoft OneNote FAQ: http://www.factplace.com/onenotefaq.htm
I and several of my colleagues are troubleshooting our overall inbox
size, and noticed that in each case, our Calendar was relatively
large, at or above 10MB. My typical approach for finding large
meetings is to do an Advance Search, and search for those items with a
size greater than 1000 kB or 500 kB.
This does seem to work, and each of us is able to find large
attachments in
emails, but it doesn't seem to make much ground on the overall
calendar size.
For example, I searched for items down to 100kB and higher, but there
was
none, yet my calendar is still ~9MB.
I saw something in this dicussion group about "compacting" the file,
and tried to follow the KB article, but cannot find any "Compact Now"
buttons.
Also, I've tried to find a "Size" field to show in my calendar (active
appointments view), but could not find one.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks,
Todd
