Outlook 2000 -- Unable to configure Internet E-mail
Using Outlook 2000 SR-1 Standard upgraded from Outlook 97 Professional under
Windows 98 SE with a POP3 account under either IMO or C/W mode.
Under IMO (Internet Mail Only) mode:
"Tools - Accounts..." doesn't respond.
"Tools - Options - Mail Delivery - Accounts..." doesn't respond.
"Tools - Send/Receive" menu missing. Corresponding button also missing.
Under C/W mode:
"Tools - Services - Internet E-mail - Properties" doesn't respond.
"Tools - Options - Mail Services - Check for new mail on:" is empty.
Updating Outlook 2000 to a later SR hasn't helped.
Still receiving email at my ISP.
Unable to find existing solution on newsgroup.
How can I fix this? Your help appreciated.
