Wrapping is breaking up lines so that they fit in the message window.
Different mail programs wrap differently. And when the original message
in included in a reply, the message format can get very messy. This can
include alternating short and long lines and the reply character such as
.
There are utilities (message cleaners) that can reformat the text to
make it look nicer. They can take out the reply characters and reflow
the paragraphs. These are things you could do manually,. But if you do
it a lot it gets tedious.
