Hi,

If you have un-installed the pfback-up addin program, try running a search
for extend.dat and outbak.dll and rename them to .old

Restart the machine and open Outlook and go under Tools Options Other
Advanced Settings Com Add-Ins and make sure we have anything related to the
back-up addin disabled. Also, check under Add-in Manager too.
Close Outlook and try re-installing the add-in utility.
