Default contacts missing on re-install OL 2003 & XP

Hi,

Had to re-install XP SP2 on new notebook. Then Reinstalled Office 2003
student teacher edition. Dragged the old .pst and assorted files from an
external hard drive where I copied them, to the appropriate places on the
notebook's hard drive (basically all the contents of Documents and
Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook, and
drive:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
and maybe more... The personal file folders and calendar info is there, but
when you click on contacts, it says

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove
this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook
help."

Any help is appreciated. Do the contacts reside elsewhere, and not in the
..pst file???

Thanks!
Carmen
