I found a solution for it: If you can open Outlook Web Access, go into rules
from there and most likely one of the first rules will be something along
the lines of "De-categorize all messages" or something like that. It is a
rule that definitely looks out of place. I deleted that one and saved, then
i could edit my rules from within outlook again.
