The only thing I can think of in that case is to delete them all, close OE
and reopen it and recreate them in the order you wish them to appear. Also,
remember you can only use a HTML sig in a HTML formatted message.

You can have hundreds of signatures if you wish. First go to Outlook
Express menu, Tools/Options/Signatures and remove the check box to add
signatures to all outgoing messages. Create as many signatures (plain
text
or HTML as desired although you must save the HTML ones as a "File" ending
with the HTML extension.
Second step is to open a Compose Message Windows, and right click on the
Toolbar, selecting Customize and add the "Signature" button. Now, when
you
finish composing a message, click on the pull down arrow to the right of
the
Insert Signature button and select the desired signature.
