Default How do I use either AND or OR in advanced find?

To find either, loook only for "crypto". Searches use string matching.
"crypto" will match "crypto", "cryptosporidium", and even
"pancryptosnoggen"

Also, does it search sub folders, or do I have to rerun advanced find
every time I wish to search another folder (i.e. can a search every
folder in the cabinet)?

You can search all the folders in a single message store, I believe.
