Default Meeting replies (not accept/decline) sent to deligate....

I'm using Outlook 02 so I don't know if this has been corrected in newer
versions. It would be nice to set up a delegate allowance, or a rule that if
a meeting invitee replies to the meeting, such as with a question or comment,
not using a calendar form, the reply goes to the delegate. Many times
invitees won't click on accept or decline, they just click on reply with
message and it goes to my boss instead of me. (We currently have me
receiving all his calendar forms).
