Hi,

I have Outlook set up to automatically process read/delivery receipts when
they arrive. However when they arrive, very rarely do they change the icon
of the Sent Item to the blue (i) and add a 'Tracking' tab to that sent
e-mail.

These read receipts appear to be in the correct format, they are not normal
plain text e-mails, and they have Read: prefixing the subject.

Why therefore isn't Outlook adding the tracking info to the Sent Item?
