Never export to a PST. There is no need. What is the exact text of the
error message and when do you see it?

I get directed to run a 'scanpst.exe' which I can't seem to execute.
the message says the error is in the outlook pst folder. Either I
can't seem to get the propor pathway to the scanpst.exe or can't
access the right folder to scan.
any suggestions?
