Create a rule that deletes all messages, and add the exception "except if
the subject or body contains specific words" and make the specific words
"a", "e", "i", "o", "u", or "y". This will delete all messages unless they
contain at least one English word. Messages with nothing in the subject or
body or with only punctuation or digits will be deleted.
