Default IP address 127.0.0.1 appearing POP3 server address box.

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs and causes a multitude of problems such as
time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A/V program will
continue to protect you sufficiently. For more, see:

A spam program can also cause this.

This keeps happening to the POP3 addresses of all my accounts, interfering
with mail collection. It can be temporarily reset, but re-occurs when the
PC
is re-started.
Using Speedtouch router
Any ideas??
