Tools-Options-Calendar Options-Planner Options. Uncheck the box that
says show calendar details in grid.

After furious head scratching, Susan asked:

| Others are able to view my calendar details when scheduling a
| meeting. When they scroll over the free/busy times, the detail of
| each meeting is viewable. I don't want this to be viewable. I don't
| have any boxes checked that shouldn't be in the Options section. I
| don't want to mark every item as Private and I know there is a way to
| prevent this since isn't happening to others in my company. What am I
| missing?
