I upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. Everything works fine except Outlook.
I can read email, but cannot send or reply. When I try to open my address
book, I get the message: "Unable to open address book. The address book may
not be installed properly.
I went to Microsoft.com and went through the process to correct for the
service pack as described - but nothing happened. I tried importing address
book as directed, but unsuccessfully. I also uninstalled Outlook and then
re-installed it - still to no avail.
