I guess the question now is, what file does outlook 2003 safe mode disables
from running to allow this rule to be run by users.
(Remind you that, regardless of what add-in, regardless of outlook version,
clients running, I can login as me to any pc, any client
I am ok creating this rule, because I am domain admin)
