Outlook version please?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, frustrated asked:

| Ocassionally, Outlook will reply using an email account other than the
| default. The account is not the email account used to send the
| original message (if there was one), nor is it the default account in
| the tools email account (default). How do I ensure that the
| account I desire is the response account FOR EVERY EMAIL RESPONSE?
| The account it defaults to is NOT an account I want going out as an
| email people respond to, it only confuses people.
