After furious head scratching, Bryan asked:

| When trying to run Outlook I get the following error messages:
| 1. The add in "MSNCON32.dll" cannot be loaded and has been disabled by
| Outlook. Please contact the add in manufacturer for an update. If no
| update is available, please uninstall the add-in.

| 2. Canno open your default e-mail folder. An unexpected error has
| occurred. MAPI was unable to load ther information sewrvice
| MSNCON.dll. be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

| The programme then terminates.

| I have repaired the beta2, uninstalled Outllok and reinstalled with
| any success.

| Anybody any ideas?
