I received an email from a friend and wanted a record with his email address
in my Contacts list. So, I hovered the mouse over his email address at the
top of the email message, saw the dot with the arrow to the right, then I
clicked the down arrow. This gave me the choice to add his name and address
to my Contacts file, which I did. Now I can find his record by clicking the
same dot next to his name and chosing "look up contact", or by typing his
name in the space next to the "find" button. However, I cannot find it
scanning down the list of records in the Contacts screen.

Why can I not find this new record in my Contacts screen?
