Would what be the case? The problem isn't even defined yet.
What would the email account have to do with this? This information is
stored either in a local data file or an Exchange mailbox and displayed by
the Outlook Address Book Service.

Thanks for the prompt reply, but either you've mis-understood me or I
explained it poorly,

all of that is already set, the only difference in his contacts and
viewing
it via the "To" button is that the full name and the display name are
blank
all other info is there.
