The only setting needed to be changed is in IE.

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet Explorer.

For print size: IEViewText SizeMake adjustment.

For margins: IEFilePage Setup. (Default setting is 0.75 all around).

I suspect it has to do with having utilized the mouse -wheel plus CTRL to
change the font size when viewing pages in IE, (because the text there
looks normal in "smallest" but in "medium" the letters merge!)

Any ideas how to get unstuck please??
