MSVCRT.dll?

Mine shows on windows XP:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcrt.dll, Version=7.0.2600.2180
(xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)

Perhaps reinstall Windows XP sp2 then reinstall Outlook. )
