Default I get partial search results???

I don't understand why you would use the Address Book view for searching.
Outlook doesn't even have an address book. Searching is done in Contacts
Folders. That's where all your data resides.

Hey Russ,

I thought it was clear, my mistake.
When I go into the Address Book, I search for keywords by using the "Find"
function.
The search results only bring up partial results.
My example was the name "Smith",
I'll get Bill Smith, Mary Smith, but I won't get Bob Smith or Joe Smith.
For what ever reason some are missed, the contacts are listed the same way
so I am confused as to why I get a partial listing.
I want to be able to send an e-mail to all of the "Smith's" in my contacts
but it seems I can only do this manually by clicking one at a time...
WHY WOULD SOME CONTACT NOT SHOW IN THE SEARCH???
Did that make more sense??? I am not sure how to explain this any better.
Thanks....
