It seems that you have a firmer understanding of the program than I do,
You also seem reluctant to answer the basic question at hand.
I may be doing it wrong but my search results are still partial results,
this indicates a problem.

I want to be able to send one e-mail to all of the "Smith's" in my contacts,
How do I do this???

Outlook does have an AddressBook, listed under Tools then AddressBook.
I use the Address Book because I can search and send a bulk e-mail to the
names within the results, when I use Contacts I can't seem to understand how
to send an e-mail with the searched names.

If you know a better way to get to my goal, I would love to hear it.
I will do it any way that works...
