When a user saves a draft, it's duplicating her text in the draft

User will create a draft like so
[message header]
[text text text]

When she saves it and reopens it it looks similar to this.

[message header]
[text text text]
[message header]
[text text text]
[message header]
[text text text]

Any help would be greatly appriciated
