I suspect if you did your search of the actual data source (i.e., your
Contacts Folders) you'd be fine. The Address Book view was never intended
for that purpose and is not reliable.

Russ,
It seems that you have a firmer understanding of the program than I do,
You also seem reluctant to answer the basic question at hand.
I may be doing it wrong but my search results are still partial results,
this indicates a problem.
I want to be able to send one e-mail to all of the "Smith's" in my
contacts,
How do I do this???
Outlook does have an AddressBook, listed under Tools then AddressBook.
I use the Address Book because I can search and send a bulk e-mail to the
names within the results, when I use Contacts I can't seem to understand
how
to send an e-mail with the searched names.
If you know a better way to get to my goal, I would love to hear it.
I will do it any way that works...
