Environment is Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003/Exchange 2K.

We have a User who creates a Task with the Reminder check mark. The Reminder
pops up and snooze is clicked. The reminder never pops up again. on checking,
we see that the check mark is not there.

Driving me crazy as to what removes it.
Any suggestions please
