Address Book problem
Hi Lynn,
This isn't an Outlook Express issue. Motorola provides manuals in PDF format
for its phones, which may be a good way to find the answer. The issue might
be resolved by changing the sort order of the phone's address book, but I am
not familiar with the feature in question.
This may or not be correct for your phone model:
Press Action
-------------------------------------------
MENU open the Phonebook Menu
Scroll scroll to Setup
Select select Setup
Scroll scroll to Sort by
Change select Sort by
Scroll scroll to Name, Speed No.,
Voice Name or Email
Select select the sort order

Ever since connecting my Motorola phone via Phonetools to my laptop,
whenever I type a name in the To: box (instead of opening Address
Book and selecting name from there) it now gives me for instance a
friends mobile number instead of her email address like it used to.
Any ideas how I can rectify this?
Lynn
