After furious head scratching, Napa General asked:

| In Outlook '02 & expolrer there is a "favorites" menu bar between
| "view" and "tools", in my newly installed Outlook '03 it isn't there
| & I can't find a way to get it to show up, annoying not to be able to
| access bookmarked web pages form Outlook.
