Default Have you created a resource (i.e. conference room) in outlook?

Rather than searching calendar's in a public folder, I want my IT Department
to create our conference rooms as accounts that can be included in a meeting
request. This will allow a Busy Search to be completed so that the
availability of this "resource" can be determined when scheduling a meeting.

I came from an environment where this was done with GroupWise. Can this be
replicated in Outlook?
