Outlook should ask if I want to save a sent item

I have set my Outlook to save all my Sent items. The only other
option is to not save them. I need some of these items but not all of
them.
The inclusion of a pop up or similar which says "Do you want to save
your sent item?" once I've clicked send would mean I could save the
important ones and delete the unimportant ones at the time. This
would mean my Sent item box would be smaller and I wouldnt have to
spend ages going through it deleting the unimportant ones.
The way I do it is to never save sent items and then include myself in Cc
when I want to save them, filing the message manually in a folder when it
appears in my Inbox. Another way might be this:
