New Installation of Windows Media Centre Edition - fully updated.

When I try to close Outlook - it stays in System Tray and I am unable
to close it. If I then try to restart Outlook it will not open.

You have something ruinning that is keeping Outlook open as well. See if
something here helps:

When I close down I now get and End Now Warning (CiceroUIWindFrame).

Do you mean "CiceroUIWndFrame: (no "i" in the middle)? Google found this in
two seconds. It's part of Office's speech and handwriting recognition.
Open Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office, click
Change, find "Office Shared Features", expand it, click "Alternative User
Input" and choose "Not Available". Click Update.
