When I choose Contacts under SHOW NAMES FROM THE nothing shows in the box.

When I select Change under editing email accounts I see CONTACTS: PERSONAL
FOLDERS.

The previous person asked about a Properties dialog and I didn't know how
find out that info...

Contacts is the answer for all 3.

You've a damaged mail profile. Click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change
existing directories or address booksNext. Do you see "Outlook Address
Book"? If so, select it and choose Change. What do you see there?

What is the Properties dialog for the Contacts folder?

Right-click Contacts and choose Properties. Examine the Outlook Address
Book tab.
