Default "Choose Contact" versus "Check Name" Dialog Box

He has several folders set to be shown in Outlook Address Book.
When I said primary address book, I mean that it searches only the first
contact list lin the OAB.
I have tried removing the OAB service and recreating it.
His mailbox store is on Exchange Server 2003 SP2 Enterprise.
Do you need any other info?

Clarify your post. I doubt it is accurate.
What, for example, do you mean by "primary address book?"
Outlook does not have an address book. It has Contact Folders.
State how the address book service is configured. State the information
store.

Hi,

I have a user who gets a different dialog box when they use the "Find a
Contact" search feature in Outlook 2003.
After tyoing in a name and pressing enter, most users seem to get a
"Choose Contact" dialog, he gets a "Check Name" dialog.
It also only finds contacts in his primary address book.
I have tried rebuilding his profile, re-installing Office, and creating a
profile on a new machine.
Any idea how to get the "Choose Contact" dialog back?

Thanks,
-J.
