A support tech for whom? What do you mean by "can not support"?

It is ridiculous when I'm told by a support tech (as I did just while
ago) that MSN Explorer can not support MS Outlook 2003! My problem was
not only NOT rsolved, but to add insult to injury I waited for this
man's supervisor for 15 minutes with NO result.
