Reinstalling BCM after SQL Installation Failure
I have 8 pc's with WIN XP Pro and Office 2003 fully updated but have only
been able to install Business Contact Manager for Outlook (latest version) on
5 pc's. The other 3 always stop before the SQL portion is installed and back
out of the installation. I have gone to the Troubleshooting BCM and followed
the directions to remove the old installation. After that I try again and
the SQL portion fails. What am I doing wrong?
