I'm trying to help a friend set up his Outlook Express (that's a big mistake
to begin with).

Anyway, he has a daughter that is a bit 'challenged' and has deleted some of
his emails by mistake. I would like to set up separate identities with
different Message Rules. This would allow emails to be delivered to his
identity and hers to her identity. Although we do want her to have access
to Outlook Express, my concern is that she will eventually tamper with the
Message Rules and defeat the entire plan.

Is there some method of putting a password on the Message Rules so that they
can not be changed?
