Default Password for Message Rules ??

Thanks Kath,

Nope, they don't have separate email accounts. They're both using the same
email address.

I'm trying to help a friend set up his Outlook Express (that's a big
mistake to begin with).

Anyway, he has a daughter that is a bit 'challenged' and has deleted
some of his emails by mistake. I would like to set up separate
identities with different Message Rules. This would allow emails to
be delivered to his identity and hers to her identity. Although we
do want her to have access to Outlook Express, my concern is that she
will eventually tamper with the Message Rules and defeat the entire
plan.
Is there some method of putting a password on the Message Rules so
that they can not be changed?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Ed

Assuming they both have seperate email accounts, and not alias's of one
account, then just set up two identities and password protect the ID's.
Each will have it's own set of rules. If she mucks up hers, then so be it.
