If you have an image that you would like to display, then make sure that
you are using HTML format and use Insert, Picture. However, if the
recipient is reading their mail in Plain Text format, the picture will
still appear as an attachment. Nothing you can do about that.

If you have a formatted document, the again make sure that the message
is in HTM format and copy/paste the document text into the OE message.
