Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:

| I have two mailboxes. Usually upon starting the outlook I will be
| asked to choose which one to open. Now I find that the prompt
| disappeared. So I can only see only one mailbox and the second one is
| inaccessible. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
