Set the Exchange mailbox as your default delivery location and move mails to
your personal folders using rules. I have done this for many years at my
office and it works flawlessly.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Britt asked:

| I want to be able to use my exchange server file's calendar so that
| it can be shared, yet use a personal file for my mail storage etc.
