Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, windmiller asked:

| We send out a quarterly Meeting Request for a Company Meeting that
| adds the date/time (date changes monthly) to each users calendar. We
| want to try and find a way to remove the Accept/Tentative/Decline
| buttons because 200 users reply and we dont need to know who will be
| there and who won't. I looked into sending an Appt. but it has the
| Accept/Tentative/Decline buttons as well.
