Default Re-installing OE6

Good news - there was no OE problem, as suggested by the Internet Service
Provider. It was a problem at their end! This was fixed after about 45mins
of talking with them on the phone. Always amazes me how ISP's always seem to
think the client has the problem and they (the ISP) never do. Anyhow, all's
well that ends well.

Win XP SP2 and updated patches. I need to re-install what could be a
corrupt version of OE6. Without reformatting and re-installing the
operating system how can I re-install OE6 or repair it?
