Under "Deliver new e-mail..." is Personal Folders.
Then after hitting "Open Folder", there is no Personal Folders here. Just
"archive Data File, extend DAT file, and Outlook Data File."

OK, that means you do NOT have an Exchange Server account to remove and
the
error message probably has to do with the Data file either being damaged
or
not located where Outlook is looking for it. Under 'Control
Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|View or Change...', what's shown in the
"Deliver
new e-mail to the following location" window? Under 'Control
Panel|Mail|Data files', select the "Personal Folders" entry and click
the
"Open Folder" button; is the Personal Folders file located in this
folder?
