Default Address Book Backup Techniques

Hello

I've been assigned backup duties of the documents and email materials
in our company.
I'm having diffuculties on the best practice for securing a backup of
the users outlookexpress 6 with Windows 2000.

I don't want to collect the various user log-on names and passwords
to do a basic Outlook Express task. I want to do it all logging on as
Admin.

If I log on as Admin I can copy over from Identities the email data.
However I need to be logged in as Administrator and collect the
contacts, addresses, and so forth for off site backup storage.

I log on as Admin, backup Identities and several crucial files.
However, I want to have a backup of the contacts / address books. Is
there a method logging on as Admin to access and backup the contacts/
address books without loggin on as local user?

If I could just 'copy' this information -that would be useful. I'm
slightly stumped on address book backup as Admin on a local machine.

If there were a utility to perform this whole extraction of the
complete user Outlook Express that would be good.

Appreciate any help on this task.
Thanks
