Default Able to send email but can't receive email, don't have permission
I have set up Outlook 2003 and am unable to send emails. I keep getting the
error that I don't have permission to perform this action. I have set it up
with a pop3 acount and have tested the setting and they work. I need help
before the frustration level rises.
